Q:Do you only ship to Canada?

A: At the moment we are only shipping within Canada. We are in the process of getting international shipping set up soon.

Q: How long until my order is ready?

A: Order's will typically take 24 hours to be fulfilled and once this is completed we will have it shipped out the next business day.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: At the moment we are not doing local pick up but we are looking into it.

Q: How do I prevent my Silver jewelry from tarnishing?

A: Store your Silver jewelry in the plastic bag sent with your order or an airtight container. Tarnish happens as a result of silver jewelry being exposed to oxygen and sulfur particles in the air. So, to keep your silver from tarnishing, you can store it in a zip lock bag and other airtight container.
